Terms of sale

These terms apply to everything bought through ver2u.com. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them first — particularly section 6, which explains when you lose the right to cancel, and section 10, which explains what our training programmes are and are not.

Section 1Who you are buying from

These terms apply to everything bought through ver2u.com. The seller is MRXL Ltd, 32 Grosvenor Square, London W1K 2HJ.

By placing an order you accept these terms. Please read them first — particularly section 6, which explains when you lose the right to cancel, and section 10, which explains what our training programmes are and are not.

Section 2What we offer

The Field Test
Free
A self-administered set of five tests you can do at home. No account required.
The Provisional Index
Free with an account
You enter measurements you have taken yourself and receive an Evolution Index score, a Capacity Age and a report. It is labelled provisional because the accuracy depends on measurements we did not take.
Training programmes
£15 each
A twelve-week programme, selected by your Index result, delivered through your account. This is a founding price and will rise.
The certified assessment
£200
An assessment conducted by our team at 32 Grosvenor Square: the full battery of measurements, a written report, and a twelve-week programme included. A £50 deposit is taken at booking and credited against the fee.

Section 3Your account

You must be 18 or over. Give accurate information — your age, sex and measurements determine your results, and inaccurate inputs produce meaningless scores. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.

Section 4Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. A contract forms when we confirm your order, not when you submit it. If a price is displayed in error we may cancel and refund rather than honour it.

Section 5Assessment bookings

Your deposit secures a time. Reschedule or cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment and the deposit is refunded or carried to a new time. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not attend, the deposit is retained. If we cancel, you are refunded in full or rebooked, whichever you prefer.

Section 6Digital content — access, and your cancellation rights

You normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because a programme is digital content available immediately, you will be asked to confirm at checkout that you want access straight away and that you understand you lose your right to cancel once you have it. We record that confirmation. If you do not agree, we cannot provide immediate access.

This does not affect your legal rights if the programme is faulty, not as described, or you cannot access it.

Section 7Refunds

  • Programmes: no refund once accessed, per section 6. If you cannot access what you paid for and we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
  • Assessments: as section 5.
  • If we cancel or withdraw something you have paid for, you are refunded in full.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days.

Section 8Changes to programmes and prices

We improve programmes as evidence and experience develop. Content you have bought may be updated; it will not be taken away during your twelve weeks. Price changes never affect something already purchased.

Section 9Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasional maintenance and outages happen.

Section 10What our programmes and scores are — and are not

This matters more than anything else here.

The Evolution Index is a measure of physical capability, not a medical assessment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Capacity Age is a way of expressing your results against typical values for age — it is not a biological age and not a medical measure.

Our programmes are general fitness and training guidance for healthy adults. They are not personalised medical advice, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or treatment. They are based on information you give us; we cannot see you, examine you, or know your medical history.

Before you start
If you have a heart condition, chest pain on exertion, uncontrolled blood pressure, dizziness or fainting, a bone or joint problem made worse by exercise, you are pregnant, or a professional has advised you against exercise — speak to a doctor before beginning. Stop immediately and seek advice if you feel chest pain or pressure, severe breathlessness, dizziness, or sharp joint pain.

Section 11Your responsibilities

You decide whether an exercise is safe for you on the day. Use equipment that is sound, train in a safe space, and stop when something is wrong. Follow the safety guidance included in each programme — it is there because it matters.

Section 12Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

Section 13Your data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Health-related information you enter is processed on the basis of the consent you give when you create your account, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Section 14Complaints and law

Email marketing@mattroberts.co.uk and we will respond within five working days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer law.
